2026 President's Reception and Awards Ceremony

Thursday, March 5, 2026

5:00 - 7:00 PM

Phelps Mansion

190 Court Street, Binghamton, NY

Step into the Gilded Age at the Phelps Mansion.  This Second Empire Style home is decorated with Italian marble floors, black walnut staircases, and period lighting fixtures, all housed within its grand 14 foot ceilings. The Mansion was designed by one of New York’s most famous 19th century architects, Isaac G. Perry, who helped complete the New York State Capitol Building (1899).  Before the Awards Ceremony begins, you'll be able to tour the Mansion and learn about the Phelps family and the Monday Afternoon Club. The Monday Afternoon Club, a private women's club whose focus was on education, philanthropy and social causes of the day, owned the home for over 100 years.

The $20.00 ticketed event will include a tour of Phelps Mansion, delicious appetizers, two beverage tickets and a ticket for a gift basket raffle.  Free parking is available at the Phelps Mansion and shuttle service will be provided from the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel.

Register here for the President's Reception & Awards Ceremony.

All payments must be received by Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
