The Sites Committee will consist of a minimum of five (5) members who will be appointed for staggered three-year terms. Its function is to research, select, and execute contracts for all Council events that require a physical meeting location. Such events include, but are not limited to, the annual convention, professional development institutes, and Board of Directors meetings.  Duties of the Sites Committee include:
