Join members of the NYSCSS Curriculum & Assessment committee in a conversation with Christine Radez, Social Studies Associate from the office of Curriculum and Instruction, NYSED. Ms. Radez will share information on aligning classroom practices with the new Global History & Geography II Regents exam, and NYSED’s Civic Readiness and Cultural Responsive Initiatives. About the presenter:

Christine Radez is the Social Studies Associate in the Office of Curriculum and Instruction where she provides expertise to school administrators, teachers and parents on the NYS K-12 Social Studies Framework and the Regents assessments.  Prior to this she was an instructional administrator at the SUNY HVCC Educational Opportunity Center.  Christine was a classroom teacher for fifteen years and taught both on Long Island and in rural upstate at the high school level.
