Commercial booths cost $600 and normally come with pipe and drape (see note below). Non-profits with 6 or more full-time employees are $300 per booth (may or may not come with pipe and drape). Non-profits with 5 or less full-time employees (may or may not come with pipe and drape).

Commercial Vendors - $600

Each 8’ x 8’ booth includes: 8’ high back wall pipe and drape; 3’ high side rail pipe drape; one line booth identification sign; 6’ skirted table; side chair(s); 1 wastebasket (additional items-fee based through decorator).

Non-Profit Vendors - $100 (5 or fewer full-time employees)
or $200
(6 or more full-time employees)

Museum Showcase Participants - $100

Includes one 6’ skirted table and 2 side chairs. 


Exhibiting firms will be allowed two (2) complimentary conference registrations per display. Additional registrations may be obtained at a cost of:
  • $75 per commercial representative
  • $50 per large non-profit representative
  • $25 per small non-profit representative
If you desire more than one display, please fill out a separate registration for each display, remembering that each display ordered entitles you to two complimentary registrations.

Exhibit registration will only be completed online. Payment may be by credit card or check.

Some of you have already booked your hotel rooms. Our NYSCSS block of hotel rooms at the Sheraton Syracuse Hotel and Conference Center is currently filled. You may book rooms at our overflow hotel Hotel Skyler (2 blocks from the Sheraton), which is honoring the $129 per night room rate. Please review hotel information under our conference tab at http://www.nyscss.org.


Our decorator will be Northeast Decorating & Exhibit Services, Inc. A separate PDF of services is forthcoming once booth calculations are confirmed.


When filling in the registration form you will see options for purchasing advertising space in the official convention program at the following cost.


Inside Cover - 7" x 10"- $250
Centerfold - 14" x 20" - $450
Interior Full Page - 7" x 10" -$200
Interior Half Page Horizontal - 7" x 5"- $125

Interior Half Page Vertical - 7" x 5"- $125


Advertising payment is due by Friday, February 27, 2015.


There will be section of the exhibitor portal for your organization to make payment.

Camera-ready copy must be sent as a PDF email attachment to Steve Goldberg at sagoldb@aol.com by Friday, February 27, 2015.
