CONFERENCE EXHIBITING SCHEDULE

Commercial booths cost $650 and normally come with pipe and drape for larger booths that need it. Not all booths will come with pipe and drape depending on location. Companies that can exhibit with a table and their own provided backdrops will be placed along walled areas.
Non-profits with 6 or more full-time employees are $325 per booth (may or may not come with pipe and drape). Non-profits with 5 or less full-time employees are $225 per booth (may or may not come with pipe and drape).
When filling in the registration form you will see options for purchasing advertising space in the official convention program at the following cost.
Inside Cover - 7" x 10"- $300 Interior Full Page - 7" x 10" -$240 Interior Half Page Horizontal - 7" x 5"- $150
Interior Half Page Vertical - 7" x 5"- $150
Advertising payment is due by Wednesday, March 2, 2016
There will be section of the exhibitor portal for your organization to make payment.
