Commercial booths cost $650 and normally come with pipe and drape for larger booths that need it. Not all booths will come with pipe and drape depending on location. Companies that can exhibit with a table and their own provided backdrops will be placed along walled areas.


Non-profits with 6 or more full-time employees are $325 per booth (may or may not come with pipe and drape). Non-profits with 5 or less full-time employees are $225 per booth (may or may not come with pipe and drape).

Commercial Vendors - $650

The Albany Hilton provides a great area to exhibit your products and materials. The exhibit area is located next to all convention speaking areas making for great vendor traffic flow.
Pipe and draped booths are approximately 8’ x 8’ and include: 8’ high back wall pipe and drape; 3’ high side rail pipe drape; one line booth identification sign; 6’ skirted table; side chair(s); 1 wastebasket (additional items-fee based through Total Events).

Non-Profit Vendors - $275 (5 or fewer full-time employees)
or $375
(6 or more full-time employees)

Museum Showcase Participants - $120

Exhibiting firms will be allowed two (2) complimentary conference registrations per display. Additional registrations may be obtained at a cost of:
  • $90 per commercial representative
  • $60 per large non-profit representative
  • $30 per small non-profit representative
If you desire more than one booth display, please fill out a separate registration for each tooth display, remembering that each display ordered entitles you to two complimentary registrations.

Exhibit registration will only be completed online. Payment may be by credit card or check. If you are paying by check please select that option.

Some of you have already booked your hotel rooms. Our NYSCSS block of hotel rooms at the Hilton Albany Hotel is currently filled. Please review hotel information under our conference tab for additional room options at http://www.nyscss.org.
Our decorator will be Total Events. A separate PDF of services is forthcoming once booth calculations are confirmed and depending on what your company's needs are.


When filling in the registration form you will see options for purchasing advertising space in the official convention program at the following cost.


Inside Cover - 7" x 10"- $300
Interior Full Page - 7" x 10" -$240
Interior Half Page Horizontal - 7" x 5"- $150

Interior Half Page Vertical - 7" x 5"- $150


Advertising payment is due by Wednesday, March 2, 2016


There will be section of the exhibitor portal for your organization to make payment.
