  • This registration is for a non/not for profit (501 C 3) organization exhibit booth. Proof of (501 C 3) status may be requested. Contact Tim Potts at treasurer@nyscss.org if you have questions.
  • This registration field is for an author that would like to showcase their books/publications to the attendees of the convention. The author may use the exhibit booth to promote and sign their respective books. Authors that are presenting a workshop in the NYSCSS Convention session may register under this category.   • This registration is for college/universities that are promoting & selling a specific educational product. This field is not for the promotion of degree programs with literature. Contact Tim Potts at treasurer@nyscss.org if you have questions.
  • This is for Colleges/Universities that want to distribute primarily their undergraduate & graduate studies information for educators. It is not to sell a product or for giving away historical or social studies material to convention attendees. All distribution is for free materials & swag related to the mission of the degree programs.
  • This category is for Binghamton area local museums to showcase their school based programs with museum facilities in mind. Must be located in a 30 mile radius of the DoubleTree by Hilton Binghamton. Exhibitors at this level from 2025 are allowed to exhibit at this rate in 2026. Wednesday, March 4, 2026 Set Up

Set Up: 12:00 PM-6:30 PM (Subject to change

Please note that exhibition booths are next to the grand ballroom in the atrium area where keynoters and meals will take place. Convention registration will begin Wednesday evening in this area so your respective booth(s) must be set up by 6:30 PM. No product nor boxes can be in the walkways, etc. No set up will take place the morning of Thursday, March 5, 2026

This will be strictly adhered to.

INFORMATION AND PRICING

Come join us at the DoubleTree by Hilton Binghamton (225 Water St., Binghamton, NY 13901) with a wonderful large atrium area next to the grand ballroom provides a great area to exhibit your products and materials. The dedicated exhibit area is located near registration, meals, and keynote sessions. Easy access in and out from the main DoubleTree hotel driveway entrance. 

Pipe and draped or open table booths with your company backdrop(s) are available. If a pipe and draped booth (approximately 6' deep by 8' wide) is selected each booth will come with a one line identification sign, 6’ skirted table, garbage can, and two chair(s). Open table booths will require your companies own signage and will not come with pipe and drape. 

Electric ($75 per booth) billed through NYSCSS. Additional exhibitor booth equipment add-ons are available on a fee based schedule and are booked through our decorator Northeast Decorators. Please request the Northeast Decorators PDF through NYSCSS for additional booth equipment, drayage, shipping information, etc.

$800-Commercial Exhibitor Booth (for profit sellers, educational companies, etc.)

$500-Non/Not for Profit (501 C 3) Exhibit Booth-one fee for all this year. Documentation required if a new exhibitor. 

$475-Author Book Showcase Exhibit Booth 

$450-College/University Product Sales/Display 

$350-College/University Program Display 

$300-Museum Showcase Participants-Binghamton area (Two day participation is required)This category is for local area museums to promote their programs and facilities for schools. Museums must be in a 30 mile radius. If you are a museum outside the radius the non-profit rate applies (see above). If your organization exhibited at this category rate in 2025 you may select it for 2026.

REGISTRATION AND HOUSING

Each booth will be receive two (2) complimentary conference registrations. Additional registrations may be obtained at a cost of:

  • $175 per commercial representative
  • $125 per non-profit representative

If you desire more than one booth, please fill out a separate registration for each booth, remembering that each booth ordered entitles you to two complimentary registrations.

Online registration only-there are no paper forms. Payment by credit card or business check. If you are paying by check please select that option and proceed with mailing. A separate vendor contract will be sent under separate cover to your designee.

Our hotel guest room information can be found under our 2026 conference tab. This block closes on February 20, 2026. Don't delay.

DRAPER/DECORATOR & MEAL SERVICES         

A separate PDF of services for additional booth items through Northeast Decorators will be emailed. 

Breakfast & lunch are provided each day with convention attendees while exhibiting and is part of your booth registration fee.

When filling in the registration form you will see options for purchasing advertising space to be placed in the convention related publication and specific NYSCSS newsletters at the following costs:
