INFORMATION AND PRICING
Come join us at the completely transformed and renovated Crowne Plaza Albany-The Desmond Hotel. Through a $16 million renovation the refreshed open courtyard/atrium and other areas of the hotel provides a great area to exhibit your products and materials. The dedicated exhibit area is located near all speaking areas making for great traffic flow as evidenced by our 2022 and 2023 convention.
Pipe and draped or open table booths with your company backdrop(s) are available. If a pipe and draped booth is selected each booth will come with a one line identification sign, 6’ skirted table, and two folding chair(s).
Electric ($75 per booth) and booth equipment add-ons are available on a fee based schedule are through our decorator Total Events. Please consult the Total Events PDF sent via email for additional booth equipment, drayage, shipping information, etc.

$800-Commercial Exhibitor Booth (for profit sellers, educational companies, etc.)
$500-Non/Not for Profit (501 C 3) Exhibit Booth-one fee for all this year. Documentation required if a new exhibitor.
$475-Author Book Showcase Exhibit Booth
$450-College/University Product Sales/Display
$350-College/University Program Display
$250-Museum Showcase Participants-Albany area (Two day participation is required). This category is for local area museums to promote their programs and facilities for schools. Museums must be in a 30 mile radius. If you are museum outside the radius the non-profit rate applies (see above).
REGISTRATION AND HOUSING
Each booth will be receive two (2) complimentary conference registrations. Additional registrations may be obtained at a cost of:
- $175 per commercial representative
- $125 per non-profit representative
If you desire more than one booth, please fill out a separate registration for each booth, remembering that each booth ordered entitles you to two complimentary registrations.
Online registration only-there are no paper forms. Payment by credit card or business check. If you are paying by check please select that option and proceed with mailing. A separate vendor contract will be sent under separate cover to your designee.
Our hotel guest room information can be found under our 2024 conference tab. This block closes on February 21, 2024. Don't delay.
DRAPER/DECORATOR & MEAL SERVICES
A separate PDF of services for additional booth items through Total Events will be emailed.
Breakfast & lunch are provided each day with convention attendees while exhibiting and is part of your booth registration fee.

When filling in the registration form you will see options for purchasing advertising space to be placed in the official convention program at the following costs:
