INFORMATION AND PRICING
Come join us at the completely transformed and renovated Crowne Plaza Albany-The Desmond Hotel. Through a $16 million renovation the refreshed open courtyard/atrium and other areas of the hotel provides a great area to exhibit your products and materials. The dedicated exhibit area is located near all speaking areas making for great traffic flow.
Pipe and draped or open table booths with your company backdrop(s) are available. If a pipe and draped booth is selected each booth will come with a one line identification sign, 6’ skirted table, two folding chair(s), and one wastebasket. Electric ($100 per booth) and booth equipment add-ons are available on a fee based schedule. Once payment is made, a Total Events PDF exhibitor package for additional booth needs will be sent to your designated company representative by NYSCSS.
$675-Commercial (for profit sellers, educational companies, etc.)
$400-Non-profits with 6 or more full-time employees are $400 per booth. Non-profit documentation required.
$300-Non-profits with 5 or less full-time employees are $300 per booth. Non-profit documentation required.
$500-College/University Commercial (this is for colleges/universities to promote & sell a product).
$450-Author Publication Showcase-for an author who is interested in promoting their respective book(s) and to sign books in their booth.
$300-College/University Literature/Undergraduate & Graduate Programs(this is for colleges/universities to promote their respective degree programs).
$200-Museum Showcase Participants-Albany area (Two day participation is required). This category is for local area museums to promote their programs and facilities for schools. Museums must be in a 30 mile radius. If you are museum outside the radius non-profit rates apply (see above).
REGISTRATION AND HOUSING
Each booth will be receive two (2) complimentary conference registrations. Additional registrations may be obtained at a cost of:
- $125 per commercial representative
- $80 per large non-profit representative
- $50 per small non-profit representative
If you desire more than one booth, please fill out a separate registration for each booth, remembering that each booth ordered entitles you to two complimentary registrations.
Online registration only-there are no paper forms. Payment by credit card or business check. If you are paying by check please select that option and proceed with mailing. A separate vendor contract will be sent under separate cover to your designee.
