Museum Showcase- Cultural Showcase Participants
Registration costs will be paid when full form completed.

We will provide you with a draped 8-foot table. Internet access will be available. However, there is a modest 50.00 dollar fee, which includes the table, access to wireless Internet, and electric power (bring your own cords). NYSCSS can provide no AV equipment. You will receive marketing in our conference announcements and program brochures.
Non-profit Organizations
Registration costs will be totaled after complete registration form filled out.

TABLE INFORMATION
Due to limited space, the exhibit area will consist of tables, rather than booths. Each exhibitor will receive: One 6’skirted table; one line booth identification 2 side chairs; 1 wastebasket. Electrical needs may be ordered directly from the Audiovisual Department of the Saratoga Hilton.

Commercial vendors: $400
Non-profit groups: $150

EXHIBITOR’S REGISTRATION & HOUSING
Exhibiting firms will be allowed 2 complimentary registrations per booth. Additional registrations may be obtained at the regular non-member rate. This year Exhibit Registration will be completed on-line. Payment may be by credit card or check.

NYSCSS has secured a block of sleeping rooms at the Saratoga Hilton. Reservations may be made through the NYSCSS website

UNOPPOSED TIME Effort has been made to encourageConvention attendees to spend considerable time in the exhibit area.    Reminders to participants will be included in the Convention Program.

The exhibitor indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless the New York State Council for the Social Studies, the Saratoga Hilton and their officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any actions, losses, costs, damages, claims and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from any damage to property or bodily injury to exhibitor, his agents, representatives, employees by reason of the exhibitor’s occupancy or use of the exhibition facilities.
