The standing committees of NYSCSS provide an important service to social studies educators statewide. From leading statewide professional development programs (including our Annual Convention) to advising on all aspects of curriculum and instruction, our committees provide a chance for members to become active contributors to New York’s nationally-recognized social studies program.
