DISPLAY SETUP
The cost for participating in the museum showcase is only $50. At this cost, we cannot provide any tables or associated furniture. Museums who wish to have tables provided with seating, draping and other needs should register as an exhibitor.

EXHIBITOR’S REGISTRATION & HOUSING
Participating museums will be allowed 1 complimentary registration per display. Additional registrations may be obtained at the regular non-member rate. This year Museum Showcase Registration will be completed on-line. Payment may be by credit card or check.
NYSCSS has secured a block of sleeping rooms at the Saratoga Hilton. Reservations may be made through the NYSCSS website

Exhibitors are expected to stay until 3:00 pm
Efforts have been made to encourage Convention attendees to spend considerable time in the exhibit area. Reminders to participants will be included in the Convention Program.
The museum showcase participant indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless the New York State Council for the Social Studies, the Saratoga Hilton and their officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any actions, losses, costs, damages, claims and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from any damage to property or bodily injury to museum showcase participant, his agents, representatives, employees by reason of the exhibitor’s occupancy or use of the exhibition facilities.
