DIRECTIONS FOR REGISTERING A PROPOSAL:

Click on the REGISTER button on the left-hand side of the Event Listing. Once you've clicked Register it will ask for your email. If you are already a member it will ask you to login to register for the event. If you have never logged in before your temporary password is nyscss01 and if this does not work you will need to email nyscss01@gmail.com for additional assistance. After entering your email or logging in it will ask your status (current member, non-member, exhibitor) and then you will be taken to the screen for the details of the proposal and your detailed contact information. You will receive an email confirmation of your proposal registration which you may want to print for your records or save.

THE CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD IN SARATOGA SPRINGS FROM THURSDAY MARCH 22 THRU SATURDAY MARCH 24, 2012. WE ARE LOOKING FOR NEW IDEAS, NEW PRESENTERS, AND ARE WORKING TO ADAPT OUR CONVENTION FORMAT TO THE CHANGING TIMES.

TO REGISTER YOUR PROPOSAL COSTS NOTHING, BUT UPON ACCEPTANCE, YOU WILL NEED TO REGISTER FOR THE CONVENTION AS WELL AS SUBMIT PAYMENT FOR CONVENTION REGISTRATION.

Please register your convention presentation proposal here. As you complete this form please keep in mind the following:

All presenters are expected to register for the convention and be a current member

Each session will be 60 or 90 minutes in length.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: (If your proposal is accepted, the 50 words or less description your provide on this form will appear in the Convention Program. Limit your description to 50 words. Use complete sentences to describe your session, in terms of objectives, content, and any techniques/activities to be presented.)

NO MATERIALS MAY BE SOLD AT THE SESSION HOWEVER EXHIBITOR TABLES ARE AVAILABLE - FOR INFORMATION REGARDING EXHIBITOR TABLE COSTS PLEASE CONTACT MEGIVERN7@AOL.COM

Proposal form must be completed electronically no later than November 10, 2011

If your proposal is accepted, you must register by 2/10/12

Proposal acceptance notification should be complete by e-mail notification by January 2012.

Main presenters are responsible for informing their co-presenters of proposal's status

All co-presenters must also be registered for the Convention by 2/12/12

Every effort will be made to honor your requests.

WE ARE ENCOURAGING MEMBERS TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT, SPECIFICALLY, LCD PROJECTORS AND OVERHEAD PROJECTORS, SPEAKERS, ETC. IN ORDER TO DEFRAY COSTS TO THE ORGANIZATION AND MEMBERS
