TABLE INFORMATION
One 6’skirted table; one line booth identifi-
cation 2 side chairs; 1 wastebasket. Electrical
needs may be ordered directly from the Offi-
cial Decorator. Specifics will be contained in
a packet sent to you by the decorator.
EXHIBITOR’S REGISTRATION & HOUSING
Exhibiting firms will be allowed 2 complimen-
tary registrations per booth. Additional regis-
trations may be obtained at the regular non-
member rate.
NYSCSS has secured a block of sleeping
rooms at the Rochester Hyatt. Reservations
may be made through the NYSCSS website
www.nyscss.org
UNOPPOSED TIME
Effort has been made to encourage partici-
pants to spend considerable time in the ex-
hibit area. Each morning there will be a cof-
fee break in the Exhibit Area. Reminders to
participants will be included in the Convention
Program.

The exhibitor indemnifies and agrees to hold
harmless the New York State Council for the
Social Studies, the Rochester Convention
Center and their officers, directors,
employees and agents, from and against any
actions, losses, costs, damages, claims and
expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising
from any damage to property or bodily injury
to exhibitor, his agents, representatives,
employees by reason of the exhibitor’s
occupancy or use of the exhibition facilities.
MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Regular membership in NYSCSS and NYS4A
includes Time & Place and The Social Science
Docket and all mailings made by both organi-
zations during the membership year. Labels
for the complete mailing list of NYSCSS mem-
bership are available for sale. Cost of labels
is 10¢ each with a 25% discount for exhibi-
tors.
